But when i try to make a new file, the game crashes as well. Oblivion crashes on alt+tab, the windows key, etc. This means or is not a mod (an addition) but it is a real.

Running blockhead or oblivion reloaded crashes on loadnew. My oblivion runs buttery smooth, but is plagued by crashes (often when casting a spell or existing a cell, though it isn't replicable) my crash log gives me this, but i'm afraid i don't really.
